Heating & Cooling
Maintenance Plans.

Protect your comfort before problems start. A VORXS maintenance plan helps keep your system running efficiently, helps protect your manufacturer warranty, and lowers the risk of an unexpected breakdown on the worst possible day.

Why it matters

Small problems
don't stay small.

Most homeowners don't think about their HVAC system until it quits on the hottest day of summer or the coldest night of winter. A loose wire, a failing capacitor, a dirty coil, or a clogged condensate line can seem harmless today. Left unchecked, those small things turn into expensive repairs, water damage, or a system that gives out completely. Think of maintenance like an oil change for your heating and cooling: it catches the small stuff early, improves efficiency, and keeps your system ready when you need it most.

This holds true even for newer systems. A new HVAC unit is like a new car: still shiny, still due for oil changes. Keeping up with maintenance also builds the service records that many manufacturers may expect if you ever need to file a warranty claim.

How VORXS helps

Here's how we keep
you ahead of it.

On every visit, we inspect, test, clean, and evaluate your system, from the thermostat and filters to the coils, electrical connections, condensate drain, and refrigerant performance. If something looks worn or off, we catch it early and explain it in plain English, so you understand the real condition of your equipment.

The goal isn't to sell you something you don't need. It's to help you get the most out of the system you already own. If we ever spot something bigger, like weak airflow, a refrigerant issue, or a thermostat fighting the system, we'll point you to the right fix, whether that's AC repair, heating repair, or an indoor air quality upgrade. No scare tactics, just an honest read on what your home needs.

FAQs

Heating & cooling maintenance questions, answered.

Quick answers homeowners ask us every day. More questions? Call (657) 274-8597.

Do new HVAC systems need maintenance?
Yes. New systems still need routine care, the same way a new car still needs oil changes. Maintenance keeps the system checked, cleaned, and documented, and a service history may help support a manufacturer warranty claim later on.
Does maintenance help with manufacturer warranties?
It can. Many manufacturers may expect proper maintenance and service records if you need to file a claim. Maintenance does not guarantee warranty approval, but it helps protect your investment.
How often should my HVAC system be maintained?
At least once a year, ideally in spring before the heat hits. Homes that run heating and cooling hard may benefit from seasonal visits, one in spring and one in fall.
What happens during a maintenance visit?
VORXS checks system operation, airflow, filters, electrical components, condensate drainage, thermostat operation, and overall equipment condition. Most visits take 45 to 75 minutes, and if we find anything concerning, we explain it clearly.
Will VORXS pressure me into repairs?
No. We explain what we find, show you what matters, and give honest recommendations. The goal is to help you make a smart decision, not to scare you.
