VORXS was built from family, field experience, and the values I learned growing up around this trade.
I'm Albert Jr., and some of my earliest memories in HVAC started when my dad would pick me up from school when I was about 10 years old. Most kids were going home to watch TV or play outside — I was hopping into the work truck, probably still with my backpack on, going with my dad to help local neighbors get their air conditioning or heating working again.
At the time, I did not fully realize it, but I was learning more than just the trade.
Of course, I learned about HVAC — how systems work, how to repair equipment, how to install units, and how much pride goes into doing the job right. But the biggest lesson my father taught me was how to take care of customers and family.
That means showing up with respect, being honest, standing behind the work, and treating people the way we would want our own family to be treated. It also means not hiding when something goes wrong. If we make a mistake, we believe in recognizing it, taking responsibility, and doing what we can to make it right.
That is one of the reasons I wanted VORXS to look and feel different from a typical HVAC company. I did not want to build another flame-and-snowflake brand that felt like every other corporate HVAC company. I wanted VORXS to feel real — a company with personality, family values, and a connection to the community we serve.
At the end of the day, we are regular people too. We have families, values, and neighbors just like our customers. VORXS was created to continue serving Orange County while building a team that represents the trade the right way — honest, clean, respectful, skilled, and proud of the work.
We want to be more than an HVAC company. We want to be part of the community, help our neighbors, and raise the standard for how customers are treated in this industry.
